Cold Earth Dwellers are what Dome Region inhabitants called humans and haios that can't afford the facilities of the Dome City.
Eventhough they (humans and haios) thrive at towering landscapes such as buildings and houses they still are considered to belong in the lower class state of living. Because the building might shelter them from the extreme weather but not completely. Cold earth Dwellers take odd jobs from merchants and Dome City inhabitants to afford Heat Generators and Photosynthesizers to live.
