The dome city is basically a large Dome like edifice that covers up a city to protect the populace from the extreme cold temperature.
Artificial Heating Devices (AHD) are attach to the sturdy walls of the said dome to keep the inhabitants inside it from experiencing the temperature outside.
Dome walls are made out of strong materials and elements to maintain a livable environment inside. It is said that only those who are in the upper and middle class humans and their slaves can thrive with-in these very walls.
